I've recently purchased "Pro SQL Server 2005 Database Design" by Louis Davidson. I haven't had a whole lot of time to really dig in to this book but from what I read thus far, it seems like an excellent read. Once I finish up with the book I'll post a complete review. The best price I've found online are used books on Amazon.com. I'm hoping this book will sharpen my database design skills for an upcoming application re-write project I'm working on.
